Shipping Policy and Info

Processing Time:

Allow up to 1 week for me to package and ship your order. 

Shipping for orders within the United States typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  

A tracking number will be provided for all orders. You will receive this via email once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.

I will gladly send you a replacement of the damaged or incorrect items with no extra costs. 

Lost Shipments:

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. 

Please make sure your address is correct (extra important for orders outside of the United States).

Non-Refundable Items:

Personalized or custom orders.

Digital products.

Clearance or final sale items.
